The American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry (AAAP) is the professional membership organization for learning and sharing about the art and science of Addiction Psychiatry research and clinical treatment.
American Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
The AACAP, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was established in 1953. It is a membership based organization, composed of over 8,000 child and adolescent psychiatrists and other interested physicians. Its members actively research, evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychiatric disorders and pride themselves on giving direction to and responding quickly to new developments in addressing the health care needs of children and their families.

The Partnership for Male Youth
The mission of the Partnership is to identify and address the unique and unmet health care needs of adolescent and young adult (AYA) males. It is the only national organization that has this as its sole mission. The mission of the Partnership is accomplished through six principle endeavors:
- Research to identify 1) the unique, unmet health care needs of adolescent and young adult (AYA) males; and 2) efforts that have been made or are underway to address those needs;
- Coalition building through engagement of Partner organizations and others;
- Identification of actual and potential venues for the delivery of health care to AYA males;
- Training and resource development for health care providers in those venues;
- Engagement of AYA males in their own health care; and
- Public awareness and advocacy.
